2012 Contracts

 
A)  Contract for Grass Cutting & Trimming
Sealed Tenders clearly marked as to contents will be received by the undersigned until 4:00 pm on Friday February 3rd, 2012 for:
 
  1. Caintown Cemetery, 12 Caintown Road
  2. Fire Hall, 1491 County Road 2
  3. Front of Yonge Township Hall, 1514 County Road 2
  4. Library/Community Centre, 76 County Road 5 South
  5. Mallorytown Glassworks Site, County Road 2, West of Village

Tender packages must be obtained from the Township Office and tenders must indicate separate pricing for each location.  Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

B) Contract for Collection of Recyclables

Sealed Tenders clearly marked as to contents will be received by the undersigned until 4:00 pm on Friday, February 3rd, 2012 for:

1.  Collection of recyclable materials from Front of Yonge Township Waste Disposal Site, 102 County Road 5 north, Mallorytown, Ontario.

2.  Provision of 40-yard bins for cardboard (occ), mixed paper and mixed plastics.

3.  Provision of bin for electronic waste, if possible.

4.  Complete listing of acceptable materials.

Tender packages must be obtained from the Township Office and tenders must indicate all costs associated with this service.  Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
